How we worked together
When Titan chose NeonPanel, we didn’t just switch on a tool—we stood up a shared operating rhythm across 15 brands and 30+ active users at Titan. Our onboarding team set up a cross-functional Slack channel with Ops, Finance, and Brand teams, then ran a structured rollout: baseline data ingestion, QuickBooks sync, and report sign-offs by brand.
Along the way, we created and refined a large number of reports from Titan’s requirements (profitability, fees, exceptions, and aging), so leaders could compare performance across brands with the exact cuts they needed. Titan had been evaluating NetSuite, but ultimately avoided the heavy implementation, consulting costs, and complexity—while still getting the automation, auditability, and scale they needed inside NeonPanel.
