At a glance

  • Company: Titan — 15 brands & 30+ users onboarded with NeonPanel; one of the largest seller networks in the Amazon space
  • Challenge: Fragmented shipment tracking, limited inventory visibility, manual accounting handoffs, and inconsistent COGS
  • NeonPanel Impact: Clear visibility, accurate and defensible COGS, reliable financials, and smoother month-close with white-glove onboarding and responsive support

The challenge

Titan’s finance team needed a single, reliable system to replace patchy shipment tracking, ad-hoc inventory monitoring, and manual spreadsheet handoffs to accounting. Without dependable COGS and audit trails, financial confidence and speed to close suffered—especially as Amazon activity scaled to 15 brands.

Why Titan chose NeonPanel

  • Amazon Seller operations hub that unifies inventory, shipments, and financials.
  • Automated shipment ingestion for full, always-current inventory visibility.
  • Direct QuickBooks sync of Amazon transactions and COGS data—no third-party middleware required.
  • Accurate, auditable COGS for precise SKU-level profitability.
  • Robust reporting for audit, verification, and executive decision-making.
  • Hands-on onboarding & responsive support ensuring rapid time-to-value.
Why not NetSuite?
Months to implement, costly consultants, and custom reporting on top. With NeonPanel, Titan got the outcomes immediately—without the overhead.

How we worked together

When Titan chose NeonPanel, we didn’t just switch on a tool—we stood up a shared operating rhythm across 15 brands and 30+ active users at Titan. Our onboarding team set up a cross-functional Slack channel with Ops, Finance, and Brand teams, then ran a structured rollout: baseline data ingestion, QuickBooks sync, and report sign-offs by brand.

Along the way, we created and refined a large number of reports from Titan’s requirements (profitability, fees, exceptions, and aging), so leaders could compare performance across brands with the exact cuts they needed. Titan had been evaluating NetSuite, but ultimately avoided the heavy implementation, consulting costs, and complexity—while still getting the automation, auditability, and scale they needed inside NeonPanel.
