Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview

The NeonPanel Affiliate Program allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring new customers to NeonPanel. By joining the program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the affiliate program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a website, blog, social media presence, or other online platform
  • Not engage in spam, fraud, or unethical marketing practices
  • Not use misleading claims about NeonPanel products or services

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn commission based on their tier level:

  • Bronze (1-5 referrals): 15% commission
  • Silver (6-15 referrals): 20% commission
  • Gold (16-30 referrals): 25% commission
  • Platinum (31+ referrals): 30% commission

Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount (excluding taxes and refunds).

4. Cookie Duration

Tracking cookies last for 90 days from the initial click. If a referred visitor makes a purchase within this window, you will receive credit for the sale.

5. Payment Terms

  • Minimum payout threshold: $100
  • Payment methods: PayPal or bank transfer
  • Payment schedule: Monthly, processed within the first week of each month
  • Commissions are subject to a 30-day hold period to account for refunds

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are prohibited from:

  • Bidding on NeonPanel branded keywords in paid advertising
  • Using the NeonPanel brand name in ad copy without permission
  • Making false or misleading claims about our products
  • Engaging in cookie stuffing or other fraudulent activities
  • Sending unsolicited emails (spam) promoting NeonPanel
  • Creating fake reviews or testimonials

7. Termination

NeonPanel reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or damages our brand reputation. Upon termination, all pending commissions may be forfeited.

8. Changes to Terms

NeonPanel may modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

9. Liability

NeonPanel is not responsible for technical issues, tracking errors, or third-party platform failures that may affect commission tracking. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any discrepancies.
