Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how NeonPanel, Inc. collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit neonpanel.com, www.neonpanel.com, my.neonpanel.com, or use NeonPanel applications and services.

By using the platform, you accept this policy. If you do not agree, stop using the platform.

Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly, data generated by your use of the platform, and data needed to run integrations and support.

  • Personal information such as name, phone, address, email, IP address, social accounts, brand information, and product information.
  • Payment-related information such as payment method details handled through payment providers including PayPal, Stripe, wire transfer, check, and ACH.
  • Communications you send to us, including support requests, feedback, ratings, and reviews.
  • Device and usage information such as browser, operating system, IP address, device identifiers, application installations, and interaction with platform pages or content.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to provide services you request, operate and improve the platform, and respond to support requests.

We also use it to send newsletters where permitted, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, enforce our rights, and fulfill the purposes for which you provided the information.

Disclosure of Information

We may share information with contractors, business partners, integration providers, API providers, payment processors, and other service providers who support the platform.

We may also disclose information for a sale, merger, or transfer of ownership, in response to legal process, or when disclosure helps protect the rights, property, or safety of NeonPanel, users, or the public.

Aggregated or anonymized information that does not identify a particular user may be disclosed without restriction.

Cookies and Tracking

When you first visit neonpanel.com, a consent banner asks whether you accept or reject non-essential cookies. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie (np_cookie_consent) for approximately 12 months.

If you accept, we load the following third-party services that may set their own cookies:

  • Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads — site usage measurement and advertising attribution
  • Google Tag Manager — tag orchestration
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook) — advertising attribution
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag — advertising attribution
  • HubSpot tracking — visitor analytics and form attribution

If you reject, none of the services listed above are loaded. No third-party analytics or advertising cookies are set. Essential site functionality, including the Neon chat assistant, continues to work normally using first-party session storage only.

You can change your choice at any time by clicking Cookie Preferences in the site footer. California residents can also click Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information in the footer, which sets your preference to rejected.

We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal and you have not already made a cookie choice, we treat it as a rejection of non-essential cookies.

You can also disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work as intended.

Data Security

We use administrative access controls, password-protected systems, and SSL where appropriate.

Internet transmission carries risk; we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your login credentials confidential.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn a child under 13 provided personal information, we delete it when reasonable, except where law requires retention.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a portable copy of your personal information.

California users may request disclosure or deletion and have nondiscrimination protections when exercising those rights.

EU users may have GDPR rights, including to be informed, access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and safeguards around automated decisions.

International Transfer

We process information in the United States.

By submitting information, you consent to its transfer and processing there.

You may be able to view or edit certain account information after logging in.

We may retain information to evaluate usage, troubleshoot, resolve disputes, collect fees, or meet legal obligations.
