Two plans, three modules, quoted on your numbers
There is no public price list because no two operations share the same order volume, entity count, and fulfilment footprint. Answer four questions and we quote the shape that fits.

How the quote works
- Four numbers we need — monthly orders, where stock sits, legal entities, and what you need beyond clean books (plus AI access if relevant)
- Who joins — a NeonPanel specialist; bring whoever owns finance or inventory decisions on your side
- What you get back — a written quote for the recommended shape, sized to those inputs — not a public rate card
- When — a written quote within one business day of reviewing your fit answers
Pricing questions
Order volume, entity count, and fulfilment footprint change the shape and the quote. A public floor anchors the wrong conversation for multi-entity and multi-warehouse operations. The fit selector captures the inputs; we return a number sized to your operation.
Monthly order volume across channels, how many locations and in-transit states you track, how many legal entities you report on, whether you need Forecasting & Replenishment, and whether NeonPanel MCP is in scope.
No. Specialist-led onboarding through channel connection, ingestion, accounting setup, dry run, and go-live is included — there is no separate implementation fee on the quote.
Yes. Essentials and Professional are inventory-resolution settings, not company-size tiers. You can begin on Essentials and move to Professional when shipment-level tracking or multi-entity reporting becomes the constraint.
Quotes are sized to the volume band you operate in. When that band changes, tell us and we will update the quote.
Forecasting & Replenishment works with Essentials or Professional. Shipment-level planning is strongest on Professional because reorder logic then uses the same batch-level costs and in-transit states as the books.
Yes. Start Free opens a 14-day trial with no card required so you can connect channels and inspect the ledger before you commit to a quote.
